At our deepest core, I believe we all crave wellness. The more we make choices in alignment with this craving and feed it the more we crave it. Our less wholesome cravings naturally drop away. We begin to feel more whole and connected. Less anxious and stressed. Healthier. Happier. Ready and willing to engage with life and create the life we want to live.
As a Wellness Counselor, I am your personal advocate for living a healthy, energized and passionate life. Whatever your concerns are, my job is to help you find which food and lifestyle changes will work best for you and the life you desire. I support you as you bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be, helping you to stay focused along the way.
I believe that optimal health is not merely the absence of disease, yet is truly discovered when one finds balance and is appropriately nourished in all aspects of life including but not limited to physical movement, relationships, career, spirituality/awareness and of course food.
I don’t adhere to any particular theory, although I have been trained in many. I believe in the concept of bio-individuality and the importance in helping you discover what is right for you. I have identified and will teach you key universal steps in creating personal health. These steps work, because they address root causes and given half a chance the body will heal itself.
I don’t believe in quick fixes. I believe small changes over time are what make a substantial difference to your overall health and well-being. I encourage you to find a lifestyle that you can enjoy and that will serve as a foundation for an amazing life.
